1. Introduction and Scope

Sunny Roberts Alchemy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable law. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, retain, protect, and disclose personal data when providing astrology-based, spiritual, and personal-development–oriented services, including one-on-one consultations, teaching-assistant services, classes, programs, digital materials, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data we collect:

  • through our websites, online platforms, and digital materials that link to this Privacy Policy;

  • in connection with scheduling, purchasing, participating in, or receiving the Services; and

  • through electronic communications between you and the Company, including email, scheduling platforms, videoconferencing platforms, text, or chat.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected offline or by third parties whose websites, platforms, or services do not link to this Privacy Policy, even if those services are used in connection with the Services. Third-party platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described herein.

2. Children’s and Minors’ Data

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If the Company becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a minor without legally valid consent, it will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

3. Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an identifiable individual. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual is not considered personal data.

4. Categories of Personal Data Collected or Processed

Depending on how you interact with the Services, the Company may collect or process the following categories of personal data:

4.1 Identifiers and Contact Information, including name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, time zone, and other contact details you voluntarily provide including birth date, birth time, and birth location information.

4.2 Scheduling and Appointment Information, including appointment requests, session dates and times, intake responses, preferences, and communications submitted through third-party scheduling platforms such as Acuity Scheduling and Calendly.

4.3 Payment and Transaction Information, including billing name, billing address, transaction history, payment status, and limited payment method information. Payment card data is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored by the Company except as permitted by those providers.

4.4 Communications and Session-Related Information, including information you voluntarily share during consultations, classes, group sessions, written communications, or intake forms. This information may be reflective, subjective, or personal in nature and is collected solely to support delivery of the Services.

4.5 Audio, Visual, and Recording Information, including recordings of sessions conducted via videoconferencing platforms (such as Zoom), where recording is enabled and disclosed.

4.6 Technical and Device Information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate geographic location (such as city or state), language preferences, and usage data.

4.7 Usage and Interaction Data, including log files, page views, referring URLs, session duration, and interactions with website features or digital materials.

The Company does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, precise geolocation data, or medical or mental-health records. The Company does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical services.

5. Sources of Personal Data

The Company collects personal data from the following sources:

5.1 Directly from You, when you schedule appointments, complete intake forms, purchase Services, participate in sessions, communicate with the Company, or otherwise interact with the Services.

5.2 Automatically, when you access or use the Company’s website or digital platforms through cookies and similar technologies.

5.3 From Third-Party Service Providers, including scheduling platforms (such as Acuity Scheduling and Calendly), Luna Astrology App & Astro Gold software, google suite, payment processors, videoconferencing platforms, analytics providers, hosting providers, and email service providers, to the extent necessary to operate and deliver the Services.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Company uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, security, analytics, and performance monitoring. You may configure your browser to refuse or disable cookies; however, doing so may limit access to certain features of the Services.

At this time, the Company does not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar browser signals, as there is no uniform industry standard for such signals.

7. Purposes for Processing Personal Data

The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • to provide, schedule, administer, and deliver the Services;

  • to process payments and manage bookings and transactions;

  • to communicate regarding appointments, Services, updates, and administrative matters;

  • to maintain records related to sessions, transactions, and client communications;

  • to operate, analyze, maintain, improve, and secure the Services and related systems;

  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce the Company’s Terms of Service; and

  • to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company and others.

Personal data is not used for diagnosis, treatment, profiling, automated decision-making, or targeted advertising.

8. Disclosure of Personal Data

The Company may disclose personal data under the following circumstances:

8.1 Service Providers. To contractors and service providers that perform services on the Company’s behalf, including scheduling platforms, payment processors, videoconferencing providers, hosting providers, and email platforms, subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.

8.2 Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, dissolution, or sale of assets, where personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

8.3 Legal and Safety Requirements. To comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.

8.4 With Consent. Where disclosure is made with your express consent.

The Company does not sell personal data as that term is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

9. Scheduling Platforms Disclosure

The Company uses third-party scheduling platforms, including Acuity Scheduling and Calendly, to facilitate appointment booking, calendar management, automated reminders, and related communications.

When you schedule an appointment through these platforms, personal data such as your name, email address, time zone, appointment details, and any information you voluntarily submit through scheduling forms is collected by the applicable platform and shared with the Company for the purpose of providing the Services.

The Company does not control how these third-party platforms independently collect, use, or store personal data and is not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Use of such platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

10. Data Retention and Confidentiality Alignment

The Company retains personal data, including session-related information, only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

In alignment with the Confidentiality provisions of the Company’s Terms of Service, the Company does not guarantee permanent retention or absolute confidentiality of electronic records. Session notes, communications, recordings, or related materials may be deleted, archived, or de-identified in the ordinary course of business, subject to operational needs and legal requirements.

Clients acknowledge that electronic communications and online storage systems are not infallible and that no method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Security

The Company uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system or method of transmission is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of personal data.

12. Oregon Privacy Rights

If you are an Oregon resident, you may have rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (ORS 646A.570–646A.589), subject to applicable exceptions. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and the right to opt out of certain processing activities.

The Company does not sell personal data and does not engage in targeted advertising or profiling.

Requests may be submitted by contacting support@sunnyroberts.com. The Company may require verification of identity. If a request is denied, you may appeal the decision by submitting an appeal request to the same contact address.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
